My dog is throwing up clear slime and not drinking. Vet emergency?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 2 months old | 75 lbs

I have a 2 year old bully pit that is throwing up clear slimey stuff. He has threw up a total of 10 times .. he is drinking a little bit of water (three good gulps) since 6 15 this morning ... Should I get something to help him with the vomiting or wait an see if he continues tomorrow and take him to the vet.... very concerned this is my baby !!! Thanks in advance

I am concerned that he has vomited so many times. I would recommend taking him to a veterinarian. He could have eaten something that upset his stomach, have a foreign body obstruction or could have a case of pancreatitis. Your veterinarian can perform radiographs/blood work to rule in or out these issues. They also can give medication to help with the vomiting.
