How long can I crate my 2-month-old puppy when I'm busy or at work?

Well I read that I shouldn't let my puppy be in the crate alone for more than 2 hrs all day exception of over night. My puppy pees every time I let her in my room. So does that mean I have spend all my time looking after or being near my puppy? If not what do you recommend I do when I'm busy or dont have time for her? I have a female gsd of abt 2 and a half month. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 23 days old | 19.842 lbs

I think it is fine to leave her in the crate when you are busy and don't have time to watch her. She probably can't hold her urine for more than a few hours so you should try to at least let her out every 3 hours when left in the crate. It is obviously best to limit the amount of time she spends in her crate but if you can't monitor her then it is fine to crate her. Make sure she is getting plenty of exercise, training, and socialization so that she learns how to become a well behaved dog.
