Why is my chinchilla squealing and having light, wet, soft poop?

My Chinchilla has been making a hiccup/squealing noise for the last day randomly while sleeping and also awake. The only change we've seen is in her poop, it's slightly lighter and some are wet and soft. Any idea what could be causing this and possible solution? Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Female | spayed | 2 lbs

It sounds as she is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, probably an infection. you will have to take her to an exotic pet specialist to get her checked, if it is an infection she will need a course of antibiotics.
