Can my Shiba Inu take Trazodone, Apoquel, Rimadyl combined for pain?

Can my Shiba Inu take 1/2 of trazodone 50mg, 1/2 Apoquel tabs 16mg and her Rimadyl chew 75 mg? She is a rescue who was bond to a tree and her back leg is giving her tremendous pain. We are from FLORIDA, currently in Michigan and she was bouncing in the snow. Pet's info: Dog | Shiba Inu | Female | spayed | 4 years and 11 months old | 41 lbs

There are no adverse concerns of taking trazodone, apoquel, and rimadyl together. However, the dose of Rimadyl you have listed as 75 mg. That is a pretty high dose for a 41 pound dog. I would typically give 1/2 of a 75 mg tablet twice a day. You can also give 1 full tablet but just once every 24 hours. I think the twice daily dosing is more effective.
