My 7-month-old dachshund has a rash, pimples, and lumps. What to do?

hi, I have a mini dachshund about 7 months old, in the past week she has gotten a rash on her belly and arm pits like pimples some with pus, they don't seem to bother her to much but but dose scratch them every now and then, but today ive noticed that that she is getting little lumps over her back., ive been washing her in oatmeal medical shampoo for 3 days but dose not seem to be doing anything... tammy

I think its time for Skye to see the veterinarian. If the at home treatments aren't working after a few days or if things are getting worse, the doctor is needed as she has medications to clear the rash. Those spots on Skye's belly are all little bacterial infections. Puppies commonly them and they typically respond well to antibiotics. I hope this answers your questions!
