My dog has pimples and black pores on her vulva. What should I do?

My dog has what looks like pimples on her privates. Also the pores in the surrounding area are black. Its been like this for a few weeks and it doesn't seem to bother her too much but new "pimples" keep developing, what should I do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 9 months and 27 days old | 51 lbs

It looks like Selene may have a skin infection. I would recommend bringing her to the veterinarian so they can dispense antibiotics to help it resolve. Due to the location of it, I would also recommend having them test her urine to make sure she does not have a urinary tract infection.
