Hello! My cat is going to be neutered on Saturday afternoon! What are some tips on what to do before his operation, and what to expect? Thank you very much for your help! Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 year and 2 months old

I would just make sure you fast him for the procedure. Pick up any food after 10pm on Friday night. Male cats do typically well and they usually do fine. Just monitor for licking the area and any swelling or discharge but again they typically do very well. If he does lick at the area after the procedure I would just call your veterinarian.
