My ferret ate hair dye. Is it toxic? What should I do right now?

My 4 month old ferret ate a little bit of hair dye out of the tube and I don't know what to do

Hair dye contains ingredients that are toxic to ferrets, so I would be concerned about this. It depends on the type of product though. If you can post again with a picture and/or description of the product and ingredients, then we can get a better idea. You can also call the animal poison control to get more information: https://www.aspca.org/pet-care/animal-poison-control They usually vomit when they get a toxic dose. If she is vomiting, or otherwise acting ill, then my best recommendation is to have her evaluated by a vet. They can give treatment to help keep the toxin from being absorbed and other treatment and monitoring as needed. I hope that helps and all is well with June.
