My orange cat has new small skin colored bumps. Hes had two forever and now two more? Should I be concerned?

If it is the color of his skin typically these are not concerning, and are usually benign masses or sebaceous cysts. However, if it is a firm mass then it’s advised to at least get it tested by your vet or make sure it isn’t something to be concerned about. I hope that everything turns out well for your pet Charlie. Best wishes and take care.
