Hey my child accidentally washed our dog with carpet cleaner/bleach. The dog seems healthy and happy but i'm still worried. I found out about the incident 20 hours after it happened and washed her fur with warm water to try and clear it out. Will the dog be okay? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed

If Jazz is showing no symptoms by now, she will probably be fine. Symptoms to monitor for would be respiratory distress, red or inflamed skin, hair loss, itching, lethargy, excess salivation, excess thirst/urination or gastrointestinal upset (vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite). Seek veterinary attention if she develops any of these symptoms.
