Why is my dog having jelly-like, clear, smelly diarrhea and shaking?

Please help me. .Im scared for.........he's been suffering with a bad bad runny real jelly like. Clear to brownish looking poop..that smells so horrible it makes me sick too...it happens like now 2-3 times within a 2 hour period. .then he sleeps but soon as he's up he's shaking and panting vigorously. .please help me. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | neutered | 25 lbs

He might have eaten something spoiled that is causing this. withhold food for 12 hours then offer Jackson boiled boneless chicken and rice every 6 hours in small portions. if he is eating and not vomiting, continue with this diet for 2 days. After 2 days, you can put him back gradually on his normal food. If the diarrhea carries on, take him to the vet to get treatment.
