I have a Shih a Poo that hasn't been groomed or vaccinated. I brought him from his previous owner recently. He looks terrible grooming wise. What do I need to do to get him groomed to look well taken care of? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 25 days old | 8 lbs
