My chihuahua ate foam, won't eat/drink, lethargic. Is it serious?

7 month old chihuahua won't eat or drink anything which is totally not her. She usually eats everything in site. She also sleeps all day which again is not like her. My cousin also said she ate couch foam like the day before she started acting this way. We also think she has worms. I am too poor to afford a vet trip is there anything i can do for her? i am saving every penny to try and go to the vet or just get the medicine. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 10 days old | 4 lbs
