I'm sorry to hear Bruno is having issues! Your best bet is to find an integrative veterinarian near you that can utilize herbal medicine and acupuncture to help you treat Bruno. CIVT and AHVMA have online searches to help locate a holistic veterinarian. Without having an examination it is impossible to say what herbal treatments will work the best for Bruno. It is also not possible (or legal) for a veterinarian to prescribe medication for Bruno without having a veterinary-patient relationship so it is necessary for Bruno to see a veterinarian to have these issues addressed.
