My turtle fell, no shell damage, but bleeding from mouth. What to do?

My 10 months old res turtle fell off from 5th floor. Their is no outward damage of shell and the plastron but she is bleeding from her mouth time to time. What should I do? Please help!

However, with any bleeding from the mouth, I always recommend having a thorough examination done by a veterinarian that sees exotic animals to ensure there is nothing more serious going on from the trauma.
