My puppy fell off the bed multiple times. Is he okay with no symptoms?

Hello, i have a puppy of 3 months and he fell off my bed about twice last month. The first time, I picked him up right away and he showed no concerning symptoms. The second time, I was asleep when he fell and realized what happened until the morning. Again, he showed no concerning symptoms. He also jumped out of my arms and fell about twice too. He has never showed any concerning symptoms. He seems totally fine. Should I still worry if those falls could have caused something? Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | 12 lbs

Puppies are very resilient so Pi is probably fine. He would show a problem right away if he was injured. He certainly can get injured from falling so I would make sure he isn’t able to fall off the bed again or from someone’s arms. He could get a head or neck injury or break a bone so please be careful.
