Why isn't my 3-year-old dog growing? When do dogs stop growing?

How do you know when your dog fully stops growing. My dog, Princess is 3 and she still won’t grow!

Their height is usually complete between 9-12 months with the exception of giant breeds which go out a little longer. From there they can fill out and get broader across the chest until 18-24 months depending on breed and sex. At 4 years old they are done growing unless they get over weight
