My puppy's penis looks turned inside out. What should I do?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 2 days old | 4 lbs

What's happening with my puppy's penis? I've attached pictures but it seems like his wick and all are turned inside out. He doesn't seem to be in pain but it doesn't look correct. What should I do?

It looks to me like his penis sheath is slightly inverted. If you gently grasp the edges and pull up and out I imagine it will go back to normal. It may also just return back to normal on its own as well. Best of luck and thank you for using Pet Coach.
