My cat is sick, lethargic, has belly lumps. Should I see a vet?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Male | neutered | 4 years and 8 months old | 11 lbs

My cat has been acting sick lately, he has struggled to find energy, appetite, and even the ability to meow. He’s normally really energic and loves being outside, but now he’s been sleeping unormally alot. I found this lump-looking thing on his belly on 3 different spots, should I try to pull this out with tweezers? Or should I contact a Vet to do that? Also may this be the reason why he’s been acting so strange? Thanks in advance!

I would not pull it off yourself. These may not be related to the other signs. Your vet needs to examine him to see if blood work is needed for the decrease in appetite then can address the skin troubles at the same time
