My puppy is throwing up clear liquid. When should I see a vet?

My puppy is throwing up a clear liquid. She threw up twice early this morning and twice just now. She’s only had one set of puppy shots and two rounds of wormer. Should I be worried about anything or just keep an eye on her? Pet's info: Dog | Rough Collie | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 10 days old | 17.7 lbs

Lulu is absolutely adorable! It depends on how Lulu is acting and if she is still vomiting. My concern is how old Lulu is. Puppies this young can become sick and decline very quickly. So if she is still vomiting, her energy level or anything is off, if any of the vomit has blood in it or if she starts to develop diarrhea then I would highly recommend taking her to a veterinarian as soon as possible. This can be something simple like just an upset stomach from eating something she wasn't supposed to but it could be something more especially since she is not fully vaccinated.
