Dog attacked: Can I glue his wound to stop him from licking?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 6 years and 6 months old | 80 lbs

I have no money my boxer was attacked last Saturday by 2 rochwilers and has a lot of puncher wounds and a 2by2in cut on his stomach between his penis and leg about 1/2 in deep no signs of infection I'm a disabled nurse and have been treating it was wanting to know if i could possibly glue it to keep him from licking it constantly i have pics

Unfortunately Tysonlee needs to see a veterinarian. This wound needs to be debrided and cleaned up and then properly closed. It has been too long to just glue the wound or close it without proper care before hand. In the mean time I recommend putting an elizabethan collar on so that Tysonlee does not lick the wounds. He also should get some antibiotics to help with an infection. Thank you for using PetCoach.
