Hi there. It sounds like your dog has a gastrointestinal infection which can be caused by bacteria, intolerance to something he ate, parasites or a virus. With the loose stool and continued drooling, I would recommend that you take him to a vet. They can do a physical exam and a fecal test and once they know what’s going on they can get him the treatment he needs to feel better. Vomiting and diarrhea can cause dehydration so seeing your vet soon would be best. I hope that helps and thanks for using Pet Coach.
