What's this green sore on my kitten's belly near her spay incision?

my female kitten (4 months) has a bright green spot on her belly close to where her spayed incision is. it. looks like a sore. what could this be?!

Hi and thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Sorry to hear about Olive. This could be some tattoo ink that some spay neuter clinics use. Usually, a score line is made in the skin and some green ink is applied to identify the pet as being altered. This looks a little odd though. I would advise taking her back to where she was spayed. Let them take a look at her and advise you on what to do. Most likely the area will have to be shaved to identify what is going on here. Good luck with Olive.
