My dog vomited, won't eat, and has stomach pain. Is it an emergency?

Hello! My Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix seems to be experiencing what I believe to be discomfort, possibly in her abdominal region. She refused to touch her dinner tonight, and has been stretching a lot more then usual. She also has times when she's trying to sleep and she will randomly wake up and lick my hand excessively, then doze back off. She did vomit when I got home, and I wasn't gone for long. Would this be considered an emergency situation? Should I seek emergency vet assistance?

This isn't an emergency situation in my book yet, but there is some concern indeed, she is obviously not feeling well, probably due to a gastrointestinal problem, it could be a simple infection but it could also be something more serious such as a foreign body. withhold food for 12 hours then offer Aga boiled boneless chicken and rice every 6 hours in small portions. if she is eating and not vomiting, continue with this diet for 2 days. After 2 days, you can put her back gradually on her normal food. If she continues vomiting or is not eating, take her to the vet to get treatment.
