My cat has strange bumps above her nails. Could it be ringworm?

Hi dr. Recently i have noticed these things above my cat nails , and i dont really know from what is it and i am afraid ! Is it something bad or normal ?

Its not normal but I do think its more likely an infection on Luna's toes more than anything else. I would have concern that this could be ringworm (which you can get) so I would advise to take her into the vet as soon as you can. The doctor will likely recommend testing for ringworm and prescribe some medicated wipes. There is a possibility that it is just bacterial and not fungal but use the wipes to be safe.
