My rescue dog's shot records are missing. Is double vaccination safe?

I have a 1 year old black lab/blue heeler mix that I adopted. I was told at the time of the adoption that they didn't know if she was spayed or had her shots yet and there is no way to track a vet for records or anything. Is getting vaccinated twice harmful? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | 30 lbs
