Is it safe to re-dry wet kibble my dog didn't finish eating?

I add water for my dog’s dry food to encourage her to eat it but some days she dont eat it all so the food is wet so i need to know how to dry it again? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 23 days old | 59 lbs

It is not recommended to try and dry kibble as once it has become wet it can start to ferment and go sour, increasing the risk of digestive disturbances. Try feeding smaller amounts and offering a second bowl if she eats the first to reduce waste and try changing brands to a more palatable version or flavour
