My dog is dull, won't eat or drink after tick fever. What's wrong?

My dog won't eat and seems really dull won't even drink water he suffered from tick fever 2 months ago he had fever yesterday and fever is low but still seems dull. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | 1 year and 9 months old

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Shu! If Shu has a fever, won't eat and is mentally dull he needs to see a Veterinarian. It is possible he has Ehrlichia again but there are other possibilities as well: other infection (lyme, peritonitis, urinary tract infection), toxin exposure, pancreatitis, immune disease, cancer. I hope this helps and I wish Shu a speedy recovery!
