Can I give Pedialyte to my parvo puppy immediately after vomiting?

Should i administer pedyolight immediately after vomiting with a puppy that has parvo?

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your concern. I would refrain from giving pedialyte immediately after Crisco vomits. I would wait until he is not vomiting for a few hours and then offer him the pedialyte. Ideally, Parvo should be managed from a hospital setting as the most appropriate treatment is IV fluids. If you are able to, I would recommend talking to your veterinarian about at home treatments. Your vet can supply you with medications and fluids to help replenish electrolytes. Canine viyo recuperation is a liquid supplement that I recommend using for replenishing electrolytes. I hope this helps!
