How to feed a 5-month teacup Yorkie? Does their puppy hair shed?

My mom brought home a 5 month tea cup Yorkie. Can this dog be on a feeding schedule? If so what would it look like? Do they shed their puppy hair and then the adult hair grows gradually? I attached pictures before he had much more hair than he does now. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | 5 months and 22 days old | 1.5 lbs

What a cutie! Typically with dogs this small i recommend feeding multiple times a day to help prevent low blood sugar. I would say 4 times a day would be a great idea. They can have a fluffy puppy coat that changes as they get older. I recommend taking Penuche to a vet to make sure he gets the proper vaccines and deworming he needs. I hope that helps
