We have an almost 2 year old Chihuahua and yesterday his voice changed. It's much more deeper then normal. Is that normal?

Voice changes can occur with issues in the larynx. If you notice any changes in Gunner's breathing (increased respiratory rate, abdominal effort required for him to breath), I would recommend a veterinary appointment. Otherwise, I would just monitor him at home.
