Unfortunately, no, we cannot. A travel certificate (actually it's called a "health certificate") must be completed by a veterinarian who has examined your pet in person. The reason is that we want to be reasonably sure that the pet is free of disease, and has been appropriately vaccinated against contagious disease (rabies) before it crosses international borders. The good news is that the procedure for getting a health certificate to travel to Mexico is fairly straightforward, and really no more involved than getting a certificate to travel to another U.S. state. Call your vet and ask if he/she is "USDA-accredited", which means he/she will be able to complete the exam and sign the form you need for travel. Good luck and enjoy Mexico!

Yes, you must find a veterinarian who is USDA certified. If you go to the USDA website you will find information about exporting your pet to Mexico. It will provide the proper form and step by step information about the requirements. Its a fairly straight forward process. Please post again if you have any further questions. Thank you for using Pet Coach!
