My 14-month-old Persian cat hasn't had a heat cycle. Is this normal?

Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | 1 year and 1 month old

I have 14 months old female persian cat and when she was 9 months old at that time she was on heat till now she havent yet came in heat so just want you answer what shoul i do and i only serve her royal canin persian cat food

Persians are known to be taking their times with everything, that includes heat cycles. many of them also experience silent heat cycles that you will not notice. there is nothing that you can do about it, if your intentions where to breed her, the best solution would be to have a male around for several weeks, during that time she is more than likely to come in heat.
