I have a 4 week old lab mix puppy that has been bottle fed since birth. Is it safe to have him vaccinated early? He has never had his mother's milk. He is healthy and quite active and eats very well. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 27 days old

Early vaccination does not obtain any advantage, on the contrary. his immune system at his age is not ready to receive vaccination yet, they will have very little effect and will leave him vulnerable to catch infections. i would not recommend vaccinating him before the age of 8 weeks.
