My dog is suffering from cold he has a flowing nose and harsh throat .pleae tell me some home remidies

This is probably an upper respiratory infection, there are no remedies for that it usually resolves within 2 weeks without treatment, in some cases if it gets severe an antibiotic course would be needed.

These signs can be compatible with an upper respiratory tract inflammation/infection. The only quite effective remedy that you can try back home is to prepare hot water in the tub and let your dog breathe the steam (without letting your dog into the water). Let your dog inhale the steam for about ten minutes. If not resolving a check up and eventually antibiotics are required.
