Is it normal for my puppy's stomach to gurgle and move while sleeping?

I can see movement in my puppy's stomach while he sleeps on his back also noises similar to ours after we eat? Is he just digesting food or something worse going on? Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund miniature | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 25 days old | 5 lbs

It is likely normal digestion. However, if he has not been dewormed yet, then I would highly encourage you to have him evaluated by your veterinarian so they can begin vaccinations and deworming.
