My cat's eyes look red and watery. Does she need a vet diagnosis?

It looks like a possible eye infection, but it is impossible to diagnose an eye problem based on a picture alone, you will have to take Snowy to your vet ASAP in order to get the eyes checked and treated.

    I recommend taking Snowy to a veterinarian. I would bring a stool sample to check for intestinal parasites. She could have also gotten into something to give her diarrhea. It also looks like she may have an eye infection. Your veterinarian will most likely stain the eyes to make sure there is not scratch or ulcer and dispense medication for her eyes.
