Why is my French Bulldog puppy vomiting, not eating, and collapsing?

My 8 months old french bulldog keeps vomiting with the food that he ate for the past 2 days. He also almost doesn't eat. Sometimes he is vomiting with white foam and already twice he fell down in the middle of the street and the foam keep coming out from his mouth. Poor guy. Bruce is very ill and in need of medical care. His symptoms are suggestive of a viral infection (Parvovirus if he was not fully vaccinated), bacterial infection or undelrying organ malfunction (pancreas, kidneys, etc). He needs a proper exam and bloodwork analysis to a start and try to narrow down the possibilities and get a proper diagnosis. He also need supportive care treatment such as anti-nausea medicaiton, fluids, and anything else that will treat his specific condition. I would take him in to your local vet immediately or he will likely not be able to recover from this. Best of luck to you and Bruce and I hope he is able to get we soon.
