My dog has skin bumps and isn't eating. What could be wrong?

Noticed these bumps on chest and belly tonight. Has had poor appetite for last week. What di you think is the csuse?

Hi. This appears to be a skin infection. THese can be caused by bacteria, yeast, fleas, ticks, mites, food sensitivities, allergies, and more. I would recommned and exam and some skin testig with some antibiotics from your veterinarian. Good luck

    Poor guy! He really needs to be examined by a vet for a work-up and treatment. He could have a skin infection or an auto-immune disease causing his problems. Your vet can do a culture or skin biopsy to help diagnose and then prescribe medications to help treat his problem. He might need an antibiotic, corticosteroid, or other medications depending on the cause. Hope he feels better soon!
