Stray puppies dying, sick with fever. What should I do now?

There was 6 puppies 3 month stray puppies in my Colony they all were fine and good healthy but suddenly one of them died I don't know how then suddenly the Second one also died and all of them are sick now they are not eating playing I think they are having fever or pneumonia what to do

Hi. This sounds very serious. It is an infectious cause it seems. Upper respiratory infections, viruses, parasites, poisionings, parvo, etc are all potential causes. I would take the puppy to the ER Right away
