Why does my dog have scabs and bald spots on his back after grooming?

Pet's info: Dog | Poodle | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 7 months old

My dog got a new groomer it took her four separate occasions to groom him she wasn't very confident after he got scabs on his back by shoulders I washed him and scabs and furr came off leaving these patches any idea what they are

Poor Kaisa! These look like serious bacteria or fungal infections. I would have your vet take a look at him. Your vet will be able to properly clean that area. Your vet may want to do a biopsy of the area to send in for a histopath and possible bacterial and fungal cultures. Your vet may also talk to you about trying medicine first but if it isn’t improving I would strongly encourage a biopsy to get a definitive diagnosis. I hope this helps!
