Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 18 days old
Hi we have a border collie pup she is 15 weeks old and we also have 2 older dogs. They all get on fine but when the puppy comes in from a walk or someone enters the house mainly us when we come in she attacks our middle dog and she can be quite vicious, I got bit getting in between them. Could this be a phase it has me a little worried thanks

I don’t think this is a phase, and I would act on it quickly before she gets larger and can cause more damage. I suspect this may be what is called misplaced aggression. Meaning she is excited and amped up about something else and she just lashes out at your dog. This can be very dangerous. Please call your veterinarian and ask if they do behavioral consultations or if their is a behaviorist that they recommend. This type of behavior is very difficult to get rid of, and takes a lot of training and patience. Potentially even medication to help. Best of luck and thank you for using Pet Coach.
