My cat pees blood/drops, but her UTI test was clean. What's wrong?

My cat got a urine test but came back clean for uti or baterica but she is still either not peeing or if she does it's like a drop or it's just blood. What could be wrong with my cat. Pet's info: Cat | Bengal | Female | spayed | 7 lbs

Sounds like Sushi may have interstitial cystitis (inflammation of the bladder lining). That being said, I cannot diagnose over the internet. Did you vet check the urine for crystals?
