Why isn't my Labrador's leg infection getting better with medication?

Hello, sir/madam I am from Pakistan. I have 7 Labradors. One." My colleagues and I just need a few more details about your situation and we will get to work. 2 vets and medication like. Jetipar, lasix, prednasynth, all prescribed by wets. But his condition is worsening. Please help me.

Hello, I am so sorry for your poor Rooney. He appears to have severe infection & significant cellulitis in his hind legs. None of the medications you mention above are antibiotics. This dog needs to be on some heavy doses. I hope this is something you can discuss with your veterinarian. Take care.
