Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your concerns. From the pictures I can see how thin Kulantro is. The larger wound I see in the picture could be from a puncture wound and now it could be secondarily infected. If you have not tried multiple dog foods I would offer several types of dog food (canned or dry) and see if he likes one or the other. You can clean these wounds using a betadine and saline mixture. Mix the two together until you have a light brown solution and you can use this to clean the wounds. I would recommend getting him examined by a veterinarian as my first recommendation though due to his emaciation and wound that looks to be infected. The sooner you get him in to see a veterinarian the better. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns!

Poor Kulantro! I'm sorry he is sick! It looks like that wound is infected and he does appear to be very thin. He may have intestinal parasites, underlying gastrointestinal disease, or internal organ issues causing him to be so thin. Unfortunately, without an examination it is impossible to say what is causing Kulantro's illness. I'd recommend taking Kulantro to see a veterinarian as soon as possible. He may need antibiotics to help with the wound. He can be tested for internal organ issues and parasites. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I hope Kulantro is feeling better soon!
