Hello, I have a 7 month old mini pinscher and just this morning she is drooling which is very unusual, I don't know if she has eaten anything that may cause it. excessive salivating and seemed a little weak, I washed her mouth and she drank water. This is the first time it happened, she never drools. she can still response to my calls but doesn't come to me when I call her.

Excessive salivation is typically an indicator of nausea, a dental problem, exposure to a toxin, or a neurologic issue. If you are unable to go to the veterinarian, you can certainly try an over the counter anti-nausea medication to see if this helps should it persist. If cupcake will allow it, you can also try to open her mouth to see if there are any obvious dental issues that you can readily identify. A neurologic problem would definitely need to be assessed by a professional in order to determine what the origin of it might be and if there are other subtler clinical signs you may not be noticing. Hope this makes sense.
