Why is my parakeet quiet, sleeping, and not eating or flying?

I have a parakeet, and all day he has been really quite and sleeping, barely eat and it doesn’t fly, but he is standing on his swing. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male

Hi, The changes you have described in Chuy are very conserning to me. Birds can become sick very quickly and tend to hide signs of illness. I’m worried that Chuy May have an infection or other serious illness that would cause him to be lethargic and not eat.
