What are the best dog diapers that stay on during her heat cycle?

Is there any other good products besides the disposable diapers that’s stay on better for a dogs period ? I bought them today and they just keep falling off when she walks . She doesn’t mess with it but it’s hard to keep up with it . And I dont want her locked in the cage ALL day . I plan to get her fixed once I find a good priced place but for now we can’t drop 300 something dollars on that after buying a home . Any suggestions at all?? Hello and thank you for addressing your concerns for Bella on Pet Coach. Petsmart carries these stretchy cloth diapers that has an area for you to place a disposable pad. They stay in place well but you will likely need to wash the diaper every other day (as its hard to keep blood off the sides). They come in a pack of two though so you can have one on while washing the others. Please post again if you have any other questions.
