My lovely is 1 month pregnant and she is having constipation how i cure her constpation? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 year old | 11.023 lbs

Hello, I am sorry for your concerns about Lovely. The key is to try & get as much fluid into her as possible, so try to encourage this with canned foods & broth products that are now available for cats. You can blend canned pumpkin ( not pie filling ) into her food & this will act as a natural laxative. I would also start her on a cat laxative product, available at all pet stores. If this does not solve her problems, please see your veterinarian. Chronic constipation can cause permanent damage to a cat's intestine, leaving her with problems for the rest of her life.
