Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | spayed | 10 years old | 3.6 lbs
Bella is 10 and eats adult food but wants to eat the puppy food. I give her about 85% adult food and 15% puppy food just to get her to eat more as she can be picky. I know it can cause weight gain but she isn't gaining at all on it, just maintaining. Should I be concerned about any other issues or is that ok since she is eating mainly adult food?

As long as she is not obese, this should be fine. However, I find that most people are not able to tell when their dog is getting overweight, so I recommend you have a vet examine her to give you a more accurate body condition score (BCS) and help advise if there is any need to decrease her caloric intake. Below is a guide that may help you determine her BCS at home. I generally recommend that they maintain a BCS of 4-5. https://www.petcoach.co/healthy-weight-calculator/ I hope that helps and all is well with Bella.
